Things have got to get better, My husband and I work endless hours but still can't pay all of the bills. We have custody of 3 children that belong to his ex. (not biologically his) She refuses to pay child support and bills just keep piling up. We have three children of our own so a total of six. There is no aid available to us due to the fact that we work. The state actually told me that the best way for me to get assistance for the children would be to seperate from my husband! We don't need much our house payment is 1,125.00/month and currently we are one month behind. We had can troubles and had to pay 1,169.00 to have my van repaired. My husband drives a car that is on it's last leg and I don't know if we will be able to keep our family together if we lose our house. Finding shelter for 8 is a major problem.
